John R. Bracco, Architect is a service orientated firm dedicated to providing the best possible design within a realistic budget. Our initial consulation is free and we provide a full range of architectural services from residential additions to large commercial projects. We also specialize in design for handicap and impaired clients.
Expediting:
We provide full service expediting. This includes expediting to obtain a permit with local and state authorities such as Building Departments, Health Departments, D.E.C. permits, Wetlands Permits, Food Unit permits, Zoning Board of Appeals expediting and case presentation and also Department of Public Works Permits.
Engineering:
John R. Bracco, Architect offers a full range of engineering and surveying services. We provide full site planning, drainage, parking lot layout and waste water treatment engineering in house. We also have mechanical, electrical and structural engineering consultants and surveyors available on a as needed basis.
Construction Management:
John R. Bracco, Construction Management are fully licensed and insured general contractors. Over the years we have developed relationships with reliable and expert craftsmen within the building trades. We can help over see your project from design through construction with our expert contracting staff who will ensure that your project gets completed within a timely manner and within your budget.
